Capt.Gregory you have the patience and courage of a true warrior...you have very rightly mentioned that, "I have had the most amazing, fulfilling and enriching experiences in my life since my injury...how lucky I am to be here"...your story is truly a teaching for many lost souls in this world... may God Almighty continue to bless you with all the strength that you need...Best Wishes!!

"Be patience with difficult times." These five little words could be the most important words I ever heard. It's an easy thing to say you should carry on no matter how hard things may be at the moment, but hearing that from a man like this can't be explained in words. This is a hero. Thank you for sharing your unbelievable journey. As said in previous comments; "War never changes." Let us never forget that.

Do you ever think for yourself? Did your god love all the millions he murdered? Did your god love all those starving kids? Did your god love all those aborted babies? Think!! Man created your god. That's why your god is never there when truly needed like this war vet! And to say "God Bless" is so damn retarded and useless!

Watching this makes me want to give up and just end my suffering now. It's been over 10 years now since a simple sprained ankle turned bad and every day I wake up crying from none stop never ending nerve pain I've tried everything people and doctors have suggested and wanted me to do. Done more surgeries then I can even keep count of. I've been begging for amputation for 3 years now. Been turned down by 5 surgeons in my state and 2 out of my state. I take vast amounts of pain meds that barely help and the longer time goes on the worse everything gets.. I was 21 when I first sprained my ankle. Now I'm 32. Sorry if this comment upsets any one.

Anonymous Turtle I totally agree. I am week. I've tried walking it off. But I'm obviously too week to even do that. The fact that I'm prescribed over 800mg of opiates a day the 4 nerve blockers 2 muscle relaxers the weekly spin tap shots and spinal stimulator don't even help. Thank you for your comment. I have taken a screenshot and will add to it the many reasons why my life is meaningless for my wife to find soon. Please enjoy life like I am unable to do.

Notorious BIG thank you. Over the past 2 hours I've spoken with 5 3 in state 2 out of state. Because of my history with blood clots and a few other factors none will agree to it. My wound Dr absolutely refuses to give me a recommendation. I tried going to another wound clinic and my current wound Dr was there. He's in this clinic 2 days a week then moved to other ones with in 200 miles on the other days. I've had more then 35 surgeries on my leg. I actually did lie a little on the above post. And that was only for the spinal stimulator. My pain clinic is worried I'll have phantom limb syndrome if they amputate. So I did the trial a long time ago and amazingly it killed about 90% of my chronic nerve pain. The rest of the pain I can handle alright. The current issue now is finding a surgeon who will put the permanent stimulator in. The trail was 3 months ago. The rep at the pain clinic has extended their search to 1000 miles. Guess because I have open ulcers that will not heal the blood clot issue and also I am 6'8" so I guess they aren't comfortable operating on me. The only surgeon that has agreed to see me this far is in lad Vegas which is only 5 hours away. But he is backed up by another 4 or so months. Idk I try my best to stay positive and keep doing what ever I can to have some what of a life but on days when I cannot get my pain to calm down like today I easily get highly discouraged. But thank you so so much for your comment. It vary highly cheered me up. But no real worries on the suicide thing. Like 4 or 5 years ago after my second failed attempt the wife convinced me promise that I would not ever do that again. To me some one is only as good as their word and its something I take vary seriously and always have. But again thank you for your highly supportive comment. It really meant a lot to me.

sasha lawrence you know some one did suggest msm to me a while ago and if I remember correctly I thought about trying it but never got around to It. Thanks sir the suggestion. I went ahead and ordered some a few minutes ago to try it out. Also question did you ever check out any of my videos on my leg? Just wondering. I haven't put up anything new in quite a while. I used to have about 50+ videos uploaded to KZbin about my leg but the wound clinic I was going to demanded I remove and delete most of them or they would not treat me. Funny thing is I was constantly trying to get people to go with me to my would clinic appointments because of some one else was there they were a lot nicer and more gentle with me. So then I noticed it no one went with me if I recorded the appointment then it was almost as effective as having some one go with me. But I had a problem while being treated at the wound clinic. Actually several. But the biggest one was before they opened a local would clinic I had to drive to the next town over (barely over an hour away) and when I couldn't afford to drive down 2-3 times a week I started taking care of it myself at home and would just check in every 60-90 days. But while treating myself at home I never once had a leg infection and managed to get my leg ulcers to completely heal up 3 times over a 2 year period. But no matter how much I asked and tried to get the new wound clinic to treat me a certain way they absolutely refused and gave me the whole. "I'm a doctor and spent 8 years learning about health care. So it's obvious I know way more about your body then you do" anyways several months ago when they told me I could no longer record I stopped going in for treatment there were other reasons why I left too. The main one was constant infections the last infection I got lasted 5 months and was only cleared up after 3 IV and 5 rounds of oral antibiotics. Only way the infection cleared up was taking a vary heavy oral 4 times a day plus getting an IV antibiotic that I was allergic to given to me by a nurse that came to my house ever 4-5 hours. Then less then a month after the infection finally cleared up my wounds started showing signs of early infection. Anyways it's been 4 1/2 months since I stopped getting treated there and not only did that infection clear up I haven't shown any signs of getting an infection since. All my ulcers have stopped growing and are actually shrinking a bit including the one ulcer on my left foot on the big toe has completely healed over. So sorry this comment turned into something SO LONG!! And now I cannot even remember what my point was. Lol oh well. Anyways I'll get the msm here shortly and let you know how it goes of you'd like. Again thank you all for your support.
