Came for karin, stayed for tbe puppy camo 0:39 Thanks for this coach! I am currently adding "hip hang -> roll into gazelle by turning your hips upwards" in my choreo - but it hurts my gips! Adding this as a move in between and lifting up from this delilah back in the hoop and THEN into a gazelle may just do the trick !
