Guessing you don't actually need the grub screw then? I thought it was only for installation process, but I'm getting a clicking when in crawling traffic I can hear it and thought it may have been the disc moving slightly?

Please!!!!!! Never let your caliper hang in the brake line!!! Theres a big risk of breaking them. Hang it from the spring in a piece of wire or a zip-tie.

couldn't help but notice that you didn't remove the caliper sliders and apply any grease to them. great way of getting uneven wear on your pads

Clean the piston before shoving it back past the seals. Dirt can damage them.
