Hello. As I was researching and studying, a question arose. How many millimeters of tool do you need to loosen and tighten a piston rod nut? And the service manual says it should be tightened to 28N.M. What tool should I use to tighten it? I am having a hard time preparing the tool. Thank you.

How much Nm you tight on 16:20 and 18:40

Rod guide case (16:20) is 90 Nm. Front fork cap (18:40) is 35 Nm. thanks

Hi. The last piece of plastic, at minute 6:02, at the end of the fork. Must be positioned with the hole at contact with the spring or with the fork base? so the circle of plastic must be placed on the bottom of the fork? thanks

The hole side is in contact with the spring. Setting a round protrusion on the bottom of the fork makes it possible to apply preload.

Oil level 90mm. 80mm 10min. after adjustment.

トップブリッジのピンチボルト緩めて、フォークトップのボルトを緩め、三叉のピンチボルトを緩めフォークを落とさないように外す。と思うが、ちょっと違う作業しているような・・・ 後、カートリッジのトップは外さないとエア抜き出来ないと思うが、ビックピストンタイプは違うのか？

トップのキャップは、アウターについているから、この時点で緩めておく必要がある。 ただし、アウターチューブクランプ（廻り止め）たとえば（トップブリッジの予備）あれば、 後でも外せるので単にフォークを外せばいい。（私はそうしてます。） その奥にある多角ボルトはインナーチューブに固定されているから、この時点で外す必要なし。（違う作業） 後でも外せる。（ボトムを固定すれば回る） 外国の動画見ましたが、このタイプでもカートリッジ上部の部品は外して整備していた。 小径の長いパイプがあり、オイルが通っていて減衰に係わる重要部分。テンション側だと思う。 エア抜きの際は、このままして、終わったら、上部部品を組み付けてから、トップのキャップを締める方向。 減衰調整用ネジの締め付け位置を指定している場合あり。ビックピストンタイプは不明。 サービスマニュアル出ているはずだから、個人としては上位作業のフォークを整備する際には買っておくべき。

なるほど、作業順番が悪いってことですね。 2畳半ガレージの中と、最低限の機材で、どうしようかなって考えたら、それが効率よかったです。予備のトップブリッジとか、バイスとか無いもので。 私も海外の動画見ましたよ!! あんな機材が欲しいですね(笑) サービスマニアル上は、減衰のカートリッジごと、取る、付ける、なので問題ないかと。 ツールによっては、カートリッジ上部の部品を外さないと入らないようですね。

作業や動画にケチをつけているわけではないです、気分悪くしたらすみません。動画もプロ並みの出来。 スズキＳＳの定番750に乗っている、じいさんに近いライダーです。 フロント周りは操縦安定性に係わるので、中途半端はまずいと思って書きました。 （自分の失敗の反省含む）三叉とトップブリッジの締め付け見直しは、大変重要で、 フロントアップできるのなら、ぜひ整備すべき。メーカーは、締め過ぎの傾向です。 ガタつかない限界値ユル締めでハンドリング驚くほど良くなります。 プロのオザワＲ＆ＤさんもＨＰや雑誌のバイカーズ・ステーションで整備の必要性を書いています。 私が感じているのと同じこと書いてると思いました。同じバイクに２０年以上乗ってるので、いろいろトライしました。Ｆフォークは、純正２セット持っていて交代に使ってました。結構オクションで出物あります。整備は冬の間にします。冬季は乗れないので。今はオーリンズフォークが数年前手に入ったので、（中古）これを使ってます。オーリンズは、基本バラバラになりますね。リアはガス加圧あるので、手が出ず３－４万キロ毎に外注です。ところで、インナーについている部品を廻す際には、アクスルボルトを通せば周り止めになります。その際ピンチボルトはある程度締めておいたほうがいいです。アクスル通す部分が割れたら大変だから。純正は鋳物なので。

Hello sir, i have Honda cbr 600rr 2014 model. Its look like same forks as you. I want to change my forks oil but i am so confused. I dont have any service manuel and what thick oil (5w or 10w) should i use i dont know. Can you please help me about that? Thank you so much.

Thanks for watching SHOWA bpf recommends SS-47 oil (10w). Honda ULTRA CO SPECIAL-III oil (SAE-10w) can be used because it is the same clay I do not know the oil level of your cbr600rr, so measure the oil level before discarding. By the way, the oil level of gsxr600 is 90mm (420ml) If it is the same as Suzuki, 1L of oil will be enough . Do your best

If you don't know how then make sure you invest in the right tools, know and understand all aspects of your forks before you touch it. If you have doubts as to your ability then get a pro to do it.

サービスマニュアル見るとフォークオイルは420mlだと記載してありますが、 明らかに足りない気がしますけが、どれぐらいいれられました？

マニュアル通りです 全部で500ml入れて溢れた分と油面調整した分で-80mlです
