I don't think they would have. Dray is a completely unique type of forward, great passer, long wing-span making up for lack of height, strong; but it's his will and cerebral play that really makes him special (and makes his defence look like an artistic masterpiece). You heard him in the interview. Not only does he know the opposition's entire playbook, he also reads the players psychologically and adjusts his game appropriately. It was always about Dray's intangibles, you won't find another player like him and without him I don't think the Warriors would have been as dominate as they were. Just look at what happened on the games he missed!

Another reason steph is so laughably overrated and draymond so underrated. The defense was exactly equal in winning those rings, something steph had literally nothing to do with. And again, those clippers teams were trash after their main 3, whereas the warriors were stacked from 1-9. Also coaching has never meant anything, your takes are those of a 7 year old, how incredibly boring. You need proof? how did phil jacksons knicks do? how is Pop doing without kawhi and duncan? how did luke walton do in sac after the warriors went 24-0 with him as head coach? It's because the public just thinks superstars only acknowledge other superstars because that's how the public thinks, but players respect talent, resilience, and balls, especially the degree of all three it takes to get to the league itself and be a highly productive player. Regardless of talking heads being like, oh he's not a lock down defender, he's only an OK player they all know the work it took to get there and outside of personal issues with each other, they'll usually always recognize that.

@@deacon3276 to run plays and call timeouts. Talent is the only thing that matters. How did phil jackson do after mj? How is pop without duncan and kawhi? The warriors went 24-0 under luke Walton. None of it matters. Only talent.

It wasn’t just the Warriors, the Clippers couldn’t close the deal on OKC, Grizzles, Spurs, Blazers, and Rockets. And then it was over when the Warriors got Durant.

Jj should signed with the warriors, that would do been amazing to see

Draymond may not be the most well-liked guy, but one thing for sure, he's a straight shooter.

Draymond was 100% correct, tho ..... that Clippers squad was a front-running squad. JJ couldn't really disagree cuz he deep down agrees with Dray.

Lob city was overrated, they had nothing solid. The roster was overrated. I used to root for them but deep inside I thought these guys didn’t have it in them. And doc rivers is a overrated coach aswell.

Draymond doesn’t just play the game he loves the game difference between him and a lot of other players. I know it’s a job to some but the old saying “you never go to work a day in life if your doing what you love” when that’s the approach makes winning a plus. Keep it up Dray love hear him speaking of the game you can tell how vivid his memory of old games are to him that he really loves the game inside the game the why? the what? the how?

Bro is a demon going to Blake during the game, “Cp3 don’t pass the only when he can get an assist”😂😂 this is what I love bout sports
@marshae80892 жыл бұрын
I completely agree, bc I remembered when they'd be doing good & dunking on folks Blake, dj & all them you guys was chirping & talking. The minute adversity hit, they're pouting, complaining, & started playing scared. That's probably why him & cp3 clashed. It seemed back then they were just happy to be in LA catching lobs, but when it was time to lock in, they didn't want to. Now yrs later look at cp3 still playing at a MVP/all star level & the other two of the big 3 & looking washed & they're younger. Start to see, cp3 wasn't the problem.
