wow that awesome!!! keep it up bro!!! I remember never thinking I would be able to even front twist but just by working a little everyday you can pretty much do as many twists as you want :) thanks for watching!

Awesome tutorial! Front twisting has been hard for me, i never get past a half.

Am I wrong in understanding that the "right handed" round off, where the right hand is placed on the ground first, is actually a twist in the left direction? (same as a left twisting barani) If so, I've always wondered what the advantage of doing a left twisting round-off into right twisting skills was. (atleast why is it better than doing all skills in the same twisting direction during the tumbling pass)
@TumbleSensei7 жыл бұрын
yes. you are correct. it's actually a left twist. but there are no major dis or advantages that I can really think of. Bailey Payne can round off one direction but quad on both sides. So really I don't think it matters so much.

@trevorhaskins50403 жыл бұрын
Start doing v sits and hollow and arch holds. This will allow you to squeeze you legs

Why do we twist with the arms down
@TumbleSensei7 жыл бұрын
it's just for beginning the twist. if you can learn to initiate the twist with the hips and having the arms down. then learning fulls, rudi's Randi's Addis and etc... is way easier.

+DOESTHOU EVENQUAD is it possible to twist front ways to the left by bringing the arms up and bringing the arms to the right or no?

@@kellel5610 Yes but it takes some biomechanical knowledge that this guy didnt have back then

This is good technique,with ONE glaring FLAW, EVERY SINGLE person should SEE the FLOOR -- ALL the TIME in the their RUDI--- FROM beginning to END, ALL of it! I think this person can most likely do a FULL, double full and maybe even triple full ---- BACKWARDS---- so my question the maker of this video is; DO YOU SEE THE FLOOR --- ALL THE TIME IN AT LEAST YOUR FULL AND DOUBLE FULL---- I HOPE YOUR ANSWER IS --- YES! GUESS what--- it SHOULD be the same for your RUDI--- NOT -- the FRONT FULL or IF -- you KNOW how to do and --- NOT a RANDI !!! I did notice in YOUR RUDI-- you do have an ISSUE with you HEAD (its a visual issue), -- REALLY LOOK at your position at 2:46 in the video (SLOW the VIDEO DOWN and stop it, then slow to 2:47-- at .25 speed on youtube where it says "settings"! you are just slightly PIKED TOO much in your hips and you have initiated arm drop --- just TOO EARLY-- this it typical of someone has very much owns the skill! NOW-just go back and STRAIGHTEN-- your TAKE -- OFF -holding your TIGHT LAYOUT(arms WIDE -- LONGER)! your LAST GOAL -- teach yourself to spot the tramp the WHOLE time!! ( this happen a LOT-- as you master the rudi- or even back twisting!!) I also wonder if the MAKER of this video and EVEN a few other people I have watched on youtube (that teach this correctly), I wonder if they ALL KNOW---- this technique has BEEN TAUGHT--- BY ---GOOD COACHING---- for OVER 20 YEARS--- YES -- OVER 20!!!

If you can see the floor the whole time in 1.5 twists it means you would have had to tilt your head backwards to be able to see. The first third you see the floor, the second third you lose sight of the ground, the final third you spot the ground again. I have done 4.5 twist forward on right, 3.5 forwards on left, quad twist backwards to the right on floor, and quad twist backwards to the left on trampoline. All of which can be viewed on my KZbin channel. Thanks for the comment.

@@TumbleSensei I COACHED- DONG DONG- China, for more than 2 years in China you WILL see him on Rudi outs, lose sight --- but that was ONLY to FINISH the skill EARLY to prep for the next skill! It is NOT like that on the SINGLE skill ITSELF!! On a Front flip no twist- yes, there is larger blind areas on a front full only the LAST1/3. NOT on the RUDI-- by itself!! ALso if you did 4.5 front-- you NEVER made on the tramp -- with technique -- and same with your FAKE Quad statement! Go watch the real deal who's technique KEEPS him CENTERED on the center of the tramp! NOT like you -- throwing yourself into a PIT or resi-mat that you CALL -- a completed SKILL what a joke! here is the REAL DEAL; kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqPFqZZ-iMt2m5I
