I used to get beat up in Middle School cuz I wore a Stryper "THWTD" back patch on my jean jacket, but I didn't care....cuz I saw you guys in Cleveland at Music Hall, and I shook Robert's hand, Oz's hand, and Michael autographed my back patch (after the show, when you guys were headed for the bus via a parking garage lol). Ok, but “broken” by who? Today the evangelical apocalyptic discourse seems a little absurd to me, when it simultaneously supports first world military actions and their unpunished war business. They are not divine designs. If faith does not serve now to stand for the poor, the needy, the bombed children, the devastated towns... what is it for us then? May faith allow us to be more than observers.
