People who review food or who are good chefs can tell if something isn't fresh. Of course it's not like all frozen food is bad, since they are made to be that way, but it won't be at the quality of a good food establishment. Frozen vs Fresh Foods isn't the same as Wine "Experts". There's a real difference. :)

Epurope Well, never been. Though I've gone to an authentic Chinese restaurant called Chung Ching, and it is run by two people. The wife works in the dining room, the husband works in the kitchen. And it is the best Chinese food I have ever had, and I thought I didn't like Chinese food for the longest time. And you know it's a good Chinese restaurant (or Italian, or Indian, etc) when people of that culture eat there. I see tons of Asian people eat at Chung Ching all the time.

It's not hard to find a pizzeria. Most towns have one (I did say most, not all). But the taste really is significant when you do go to an actual pizzeria. I remember having an actual Chicago deep dish for the first time. Blew my mind how good it was.

I've had some pretty amazing pizza from pizza places but I still manage to enjoy frozen pizza. None of the brands he tried are ones I would eat though. My family likes to get frozen Red Baron cheese pizza, then we add our own fresh toppings.

Pizza isn't healthy in general :') That aside, what people usually mean with that phrase is that your stomach feels "full" way sooner than when you eat the regular version, therefore eating less, and it helps with dieting. A couple years ago, a friend of mine wanted to experience what I have to deal with (I have coelieac myself) so he went on my "diet" for two weeks. He lost more than 5kg XD Told me he never lost that much weight in such a short time, but that the food is absolute crap. ----------------------------- Sorry for the wall, dudes ^^;

I've actually been on one of his tours. We trekked in a group of like seven people, but within the span of three hours he had successfully introduced us to the magical world of really, really good pizza. Our caravan stopped at three different places, each one a completely different style than the last, and it practically opened my eyes to the world. He knew basically everyone at every establishment that we visited. During the whole ordeal, I realized that Scott gets to experience this wonderland every single day. Where I live, I can't have that fiery passion for pizza that he has because I ONLY live near chain restaurants and grocery stores. His excitement for his craft really shined through and lifted up my droopy, lardy eyelids to let some of that delicious light in.
