Sir , mostly have been told to do warm pack than cold , might be the stage of injury , also have not seen anyone suggest oscillating the arm , based on what I have been suggested by my PT specialists

I was not fall down .There was minor happened but 30 days it got serious pain Show to doctor given medicine line neuroxia Mr, calcium,& vitamin d. After 45 days days doctor told to me do vastus lateralis straching exercises. But I am getting serve pian .I am able to but not able work steps fully .what to do now please advise. 🙏
