New to your channel. I appreciate your openness and honesty and your love for God! I have done many similar things as you show but I always tried to hide my ways because unfortunately I had some family that made fun of me for frugal living. I should have no shame I realize now. You have a wonderful home, and family. You work very hard and you are so encouraging! Thank you!

Isn’t that disappointing? When my husband and I found out we were pregnant with our first, 9 years ago, we decided to do Dave Ramsey’s debt snowball and baby steps. My cousin and his wife heard about it and mocked us for “joining a cult”. 6 and 1/2 years later, we had paid off every debt except for our mortgage, and then started over-paying our mortgage. All on a modest income. We have experienced so many gifts from living frugally and simply.

I found your channel today and as I cleaned my house I thanked God for finding you. I have always struggled with keeping up with trends and it has hurt our family financially. Beautifully done and said. Living frugally was a necessity for over 6 years as we paid off our student loans and had out two babies. We are still living on a very modest income and have chosen to continue to live modestly and the benefits have been immense. I enjoy watching YT content that normalizes this lifestyle. Beyond all the worldly benefits of frugality and simple living - in its own way, I believe it glorifies God.

My little one is 7. Last one in the nest…She is into crafts and projects! On All Saints Day, we clean the Graves and put flowers where needed. She loves to paint, make snow globes and make bracelets. Lately, she is into making Rosaries(She’s in Catholic School). Every Year, we make a DIY ornament and it’s for our tree. We live in Louisiana, so a couple we did were a Red Bean and Rice Ornament(literally with a couple of the ingredients we already were cooking for dinner.. We took a plain glass fillable ornament, added dry rice, dry red beans, and dry green onions and decorated with ribbon❤. Last Year, I saved leftover Oyster shells from a dinner. We boiled an scrubbed them and painted them as Angels! It’s Family Time, budget friendly and making memories. I cook from scratch instead of prepackaged mostly. It’s cost effective for the most part and I find it therapeutic and peaceful💕. I am not at a point where I can be a true Homemaker yet, but that’s the journey. For now, balancing family and corporate life🙏🏼

First time seeing your channel (and yes, “liked” and subscribed now! 😊). Our microwave blew out over a year ago. Just recently found your channel, I love how you talk about our beautiful Catholic Faith. I would love to see more videos with anything traditional Catholicism, prayer life, being a wife & mom, virtues, as well as easy, healthy, & budget friendly recipes (you do a good job of that) :) I was also wondering if the group you mentioned- Little flowers- that your girls went to was just at the parish you attend or if it might be at other churches as well as a Catholic group? I realize you may not know that, but just wanted to ask in case you did. I would love my girls to be involved in something like that 🌸 Thanks and GodBless you & family

The more i hear, the more i wish i could like this video 10x more. I love my crockpot and just got an IP recently. Still don't have a stand mixer, even after 17 years of marriage. But maybe we should invest, my kids and I really enjoy baking. Also, we have a microwave but i don't let anyone use it. I also read that french book about feeding children when my oldest was little. Curious, have you read the Madame Chic books by Jennifer L. Scott? I have read her books and thought you might enjoy them.

My sister got a 300k job. She is a sr software engineer. She is no where close to being holy or godly or exemplifies Christianity or religious. She did do Rosicrucian or whatever that is. I’ve asked god for help so many times. Nothing and now still struggling. My mother cursed me I swear. Everyone hates her except my sister. They are not bad people but they are not religious. I wonder about god sometimes. After asking for as much help as I can get. I still get minimal compared to my sister.
