It seems like I keep getting pain and calluses on the 5th metatarsals and the sloped area right behind them. Can I just reverse this? My podiatrist is a good guy but his solution is to just keep debriding them when they return. He never mentions prevention other than pumice stone which don't seem to be effective. Can I just flip the side of the cut and do the same with the 5th head (pinky toe side)?

@@frugalfoot4973 pads always feel off to me standing all day i wearing a Hoka bondi 7 and a Cur Rex incert and have ball of foot pain I dont really need any more arch support though
