🇬🇾 Fruit Cake Recipe 🇬🇾

In this video you will learn how to make fruit cake.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Walnut
1 Stick Butter
4 Large Eggs
1 TSP Nutmeg
1 TSP All Spice
1 TSP Cinnamon
2 TSP Baking Powder
2 TSP Essence
Ingredients For Your Fruit:
1 Cup Pitted Prunes
1 Cup Cherrie
1 Cup Golden Raisins
1 Cup Black Raisins
1 Cup Sweetened Pineapple
1 Cup Red Wine
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Stick Of Butter
1 Stick Cinnamon
Bake at 325 °F

Ok, I'm going to try this cause I have fruits but no mill to grind it, I'll switch the flour to a gluten free mix and add an additional 1 cup white rum in the stewed fruit mix to make it more alco.... Thanks and Merry Xmas. 🎄🎄🎄

Wow, another master piece , looks so so good . I love the idea for the butter and sugar method and I am wondering if it can be done for just the browning purpose , what do you think ?

No you will not be able to used it for browning purpose, because the cake will be too oily. What you can do is just burn the sugar and when it’s dark enough you add in some wine, that you can use as a browning

Hi, As a possible replacement I would recommend apple juice. You can also use cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, or grape juice. These options are a little more tart/sour than the apple juice. Thanks for watching. 😊
