"Saturn Devouring His Son", along with all the other "Black Paintings", are one of my favorite cocktail conversations. Your info is correct - SDHS, along with the other 13 works, were not named by the artist. Goya, already an established artist, moved to a remote villa in 1819, where he painted these COLOSSAL works directly on the stucco walls of his house. SDHS is 56" (143 cm) tall, which is uncomfortably large and detailed in person. Many of the other works are full-on mural/wall sized pieces. Many of them have equally dark imagery, or show evidence of substantial reworks. Unfortunately, they have deteriorated substantially over the last several decades, since again, they were painted directly on to stucco walls, not more traditional canvases or wet mural surfaces.

14:55 - Here's an explanation for Smokin' Hal: Yume 2kki is a collaborative project, so different people worked on different areas over the years (technically dating all the way back to 2007). For some reason, interacting with a pen scribble sort-of sprite in Geometry World (which was made by the author HAL) leads you to this fine gentleman. I'm not certain what he's actually supposed to be doing, but over time, people agreed that it was a goofy-looking cigar, so it was named Smokin' Hal by the community.

The trophy that you were wondering as to the origin of at 2:20:36 is from "Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing" a 2003 shovelware game that was mostly forgotten until I think the game grumps played it? Anyways, at the end of the races, you are awarded a trophy, which is a shitty png that you see featured in peggle dinners, and the award message attached is "you're winner!" which has been replaced with mario 64 font text saying "you're dinner!" in reference to the now infamous congratulatory message.

I could be wrong, but IIRC, the game at 1:29:28 is Super Lesbian Animal RPG. It's an RPG Maker game with some pretty neat mechanical ideas, and a lot of (furry) trans lesbian representation. Grayfruit experiencing the Metroid Prime Trilogy on stream would make me extremely happy. I imagine there's a good chance he won't vibe with the scan visor, at least for a while, but as long as he's able to enjoy the game in whatever way he can, I'll be happy.

On the off chance Grayfruit reads this, a couple words of advice; --- for MP1, I recommend Metroid Prime Remastered. Easily. --- for 2 & 3, I (currently) recommend looking into PrimeHack, so long as you're fine with emulation. You should know, though, that this avenue comes packed with some heavy troubleshooting. (MP3 is notably difficult to emulate.) Otherwise I might wait incase they get ported at some point. --- Skip Metroid Prime Hunters. It's a subpar Metroid with terrible controls, even compared to GameCube MP1&2, so I don't think it's worth the effort. It has very little to do with the story of the main Prime Trilogy, and all you would need to know is the existence of a character named Sylux, who is theorized (assumed) to be the new main villain for Prime going forward.

Little Peggle tip for you, the zen ball always prioritizes a high score count, so it's usually most beneficial to aim it at the purple peg so that it's out of the way and therefore the ball will then try to get a large amount of other pegs

At some point the fruitman asked "Wtf is uncletopia" cause people in chat were saying it when he was talking about tf2, For those who don't know its just a collection of community hosted servers that try to be "casual+", Same maps and gameplay as casual mode but no random bullet spread and no random crits. They're the most popular community servers because of that and because bots only infest casual. They're notably notorious for having more skilled players and being tough for newbs, Typically cause if someones tired of random crits and bots to the point of searching for casual alternatives they've typically been playing for a while (its not that bad tho, you can be a noob on em) they get their weird name from the tf2 youtuber who originally created the servers, One "uncle dane"

My opinion on the starwars prequels has never changed since i was a kid; 1 is not great but it gets a pass for Darth Maul and because it basically invented lightsaber duels, 2 is not good outside of Kamino, and 3 is a banger and always has been. The most frustrating thing to see people "soften up to" was Twilight Princess, that was always my favorite zelda game and i always got shit on because nobody else liked it and then it got the wii u remaster and suddenly the internet was full of people who loved TP, like where you guys back in 2006?

When I made the Estinien levels I knew he wouldn't get it. I knew he wouldn't get any of the references or jokes and that's fine. Those levels weren't for him, they were for me. As we stated in the mod description on GameBanana, this mod was born from a grayfruit joke and was made by grayfruit fans but it isn't a grayfruit mod. This mod was just me and my friends having fun, and I think we accomplished that pretty well. So all in all, don't worry about it. :)
