Since posting our 6 years old daughter’s challah pictures on Facebook and Instagram last week you have flooded me with DM asking me to do a tutorial on braiding challah bread and to include Leah’s braiding song so here is the answer to your request: this video will show you the only technique you will need to BRAID ANY CHALLAH and our daughter Leah ( accompanied by her baby sister Naomi) will share with you their braiding song to know how to braid perfectly any challah with any number of strands! @@frumitup yes obviously the gluten free (ie all chemets and corn). I have plain gluten-free Robin Hood, buckwheat and quinoa flour too. Yeast and sodium bicarbonate are ok, but not regular baking powder that contains cornstarch. Eggs are problematic now as I also reacted. Un vrai casse-tête, quoi.
