I was living in Crystal Beach don Ulelala Ave during the No Name storm in 93. Water came right up to the door but all my neighbors got alot of water in there house. Your living level with the Ocean. Expensive place to live. Next storm season will be worse. Party's over.

Every place has disasters though. Companies should only insure to a reasonable level. If you have a multi-million dollar home, you should only get a max of 40k back on it for damages otherwise the whole racket is unaffordable for everyone else in the long run.
