So I'm in the U.S. and a ton of people I know hate spam bc I guess they e never had it fried or cooked?? They just slice it and use it cold? Which is insane to me cuz fried spam is just amazing

Spam is made in Minnesota, where I grew up and have deep family roots in. Spam is part of Minnesotan culture lol and yes you must fry it in it's own fattiness until it's crispy. A guilty, salty, fatty pleasure 🤤

soak it in water a bit after you cut it. It will still have plenty of salt, but you will taste the meat more.
