FSD is impressive but still decades from approval. In the past three years, we went from 40 miles to 130 miles between critical disengagements in cities The actual goal is 300,000 miles (not a joke). At the current pace of improvement, that's thousands of years away. After 10 years, FSD still can't detect speed bumps and potholes. FSD fails in 95% edge cases (construction, detours, unexpected obstacles, lack of road marking, divergence with mapping, etc.). FSD performances are greatly diminished in heavy rain and fog. Self driving becomes impossible in most snow conditions. FSD still commits multiple road violations (missing stop signs, turning in wrong lanes, etc.)

Nice long ride in the night. I see huge difference between FSD and city drivers, FSD would have no problem letting one car in that is trying to change lane for a minute or so. Tesla tought it to be nice to other drivers and help them out. While human drivers fight against eachother.

On the topic of human drivers, they can drive every day for YEARS without a problem or an accident. FSD cannot go for even 1 hour on a challenging route, without human interventions. Supervised driving is a joke .

Humans also do more than 5 millions of accidents and hurt more than 2 millions of people in them a year. Awesome drivers really.

Hi thanks for the great educational videos! Question if I may. I’m enjoying newest fsd update but as new owner of 24 Mx, how do I change route midstream en route if I find I selected wrong available option without disengaging and restarting? Meaning adjusting route on the fly, thanks!
