I really enjoy these videos of Hany working with David, but the background music is a little loud, and makes Hany's tips and commentary difficult to hear at times. The young gun knows that taking the pain and pushing through it is what leads to maximum gains.

This is not how people train in the gym! You are deliberately doing extra things to him to get this boy to complete failure. You don't typically train your professionals this way. What's your point? Going to failure and then going to complete failure is two different things. There is no need to put this boy to complete failure on every set. You probably hindered his progression trying to prove you're stupid point!
