Reminds me of Hackenberg/McSorely. Hack hurt at the end of the Georgia game…Trace takes the reins. Hack/Allar the pocket passer that doesn’t really fit the system we have run. McSorely/Pribula the running passer. Recency bias but - Beau helps open up the run for Allen and singleton. He may not be a polished passer, but the OC is used to a pribula type….ride the hot hand next week vs OSU.

The fickleness of you guys would make me laugh if it wasn’t so frustrating. A healthy Allar gives a way better chance at success. Pribula did a great job coming on in relief, but he is still very one dimensional.

PSU OC Kotelneki definitely had two offensive game plans for Allar and Pribula, which was great to watch in the second half destruction of Bucky the Badger.

Watch the 'chicken salad' heave to Clifford play and you will see him run the play action fake hand off to nobody on the right side as Singleton runs to his left. That play was busted all over the place.

Franklin is a DEI hire that would have been gone years ago if he wasn’t a DEI hire. He has never been able to win the big games and never will.

His record in the college playoffs is the same as 130 other head coaches. I think DEI is discriminating and dislike it, but I can see a tinge of racism in your post. If not, I apologize but it certainly reads that way. Franklin is a good coach, had to deal with bringing us out of the Sandusky issues, and our trajectory keeps going up. Our record has been awesome, with more 11 win seasons since the 80s. PSU is doing fine.

First, I'll say that DEI hiring is immoral. Organizations should focus on meritocracy alone. With that said, I don't think Coach Franklin is a DEI hire, and his record at Penn State has been good. He took a program that was very mediocre and built it back into prominence again. And he has the team around the 10th best in the nation most of the years since then. That's pretty good. We should have some perspective.
