FTE A-Trailer roll back and hook-up

In this short video we show you how to Roll Back one of Blenner's FTE lead trailers and connect it to the B-Trailer. We show you how to operate the air locks that secure the van in transport and lower and raise the BPW air suspension.

There are 2 tug tests they missed ,The intial one once the turntable has locked , then the second one using the trailer independant brake when moving off.

I like this better than the separate dolly like in America, is this a single trailer with 2 fifth wheel, is that what's going on? Oh this is a king pin fifth wheel trailer, no?

This is call a B Train American style doubles are A trains. Which they also run in Australia Double B trains sounds fun.

Nice demonstration, however you missed the "tug test" With the trailer brakes on, you should attempt to drive foward to make sure the king pin of the trailer, is properly locked in to the turntable of the truck... A visual check is not enough......

Rob Jeeves you don't need ther trailer brakes on to do a tug test. You do the test before hooking up the hoses

Try getting the box to move after a year in service. Rollers put a groove in the runners 90% of the time.

Yes missing the tug test could be very costly! It should be standard practice every time.

Its a b double. You cant really do a tug test unless you keep the air disconnected.

Sam estern you do the tug test before you get out to hook the hoses up. Surely you can't be thst stupid to figure that out. It's just like hooking up as a single
