I went privately, so it was around £500 in appointments to start T, then £120 every 6-12 months, then it was £5925 for top surgery. But you can go through the NHS and get appointments and surgery free, but it takes a lot longer (this is all only relevant in the UK).

MrPinocchio17, we in Norway is more lucky. In Norway everything is free. Surgery and hormones is free, because transgender is in the caterogy health. Every health care in Norway is free, unless teeths.
