Shutting down the main power deletes the program in the Fuji control? Do I have to reprogram the parameters previously set up? or it keeps in the memory even when main power is shut down?

Hi! I got a single phase 4 pole Fuji electric motor with all (6)black wires coming out of the motor with letters mark on them 2 p wires 2 c wires 1 t1 and 1 t2 wires. Can you tell how to hook the wires up? Do I need a start/rum capacitor or ? Thanks

use F27. it scrambles the carrier frequency and makes the noise softer. there are three levels of scrambling as well

Hey newbie question. I have 2 of these VFD each running it's own conveyor belt. Is it okay to use one stop and one start button on both VFD or do you have to use seperate buttons for each one?

Unless you want both to stop or start at the same time using two buttons on each isn't a bad idea. Frankly I like the idea of being able to control both independently but it really comes down to your requirements.

@@ryananddenine Cool. Yeah I took a control class years ago and don't really remember much. Yeah I tried to convince my work to just let me purchase the little rj45 remote location module so we could have full control but nope those cost money and they want it done cheap. Now after trying to enable 3 wire operation it only goes in reverse and they are also giving me grief about having to buy a NC stop button. I canabalized the start button from some other cabinet they had in the bone yard.

Yeah did a factory reset. It's weird. Mine won't say save after I change something. Also looks like I need a new NC stop button. I'll comments back tomorrow after I get a new switch.

@@ryananddenine alright man got it set up properly. It took me a minute because for some reason I have to hit the stop key after going to the function program mode before it will let me change the settings then when I hit the data key again it will save it. I'm able to do 3 wire operation on 2 VFD with one NC stop and one NO start button. Thanks for the video and information it was a life saver.

Typically you can wire multiple start buttons in parallel. Find where your first start button is wired too and copy it. Stop buttons would be wired in series. Start buttons in parallel.

how to programm x1 to be 14.5 frequency and the x2 to be 55Hz frequency output towards motor, for example, that is x1 is first speed x2 would be second speed for 2 speed crane for example
