I've always wondered why Medea's the only Servant with lore inserted into their actual skill descriptions in FGO. All I can guess is maybe they designed her earlier than other launch-day Servants and then later during development ultimately decided against doing the same with others.

Not gonna lie, I really got doubtful if her second skill actually had that sort of description and needed to check. Quite unexpected the artoria with dress, and while 10k per turn is actually quite op in the specific case of Medea that amount is literally wasted unless she is grailed because her max hp isn't that high lol. Side note, I'm with Ritsuka, I don't get it, at this point they are really adding random things unreleated with the verse in the quiz.
