All these early Atom netbooks were terrible, like slow mechanical hdd running windows vista bad. Putting XP on them made them almost usable.

Where to buy? Can you please give me some information about where I can find it? I am from Indonesia. It's really rare here. Hard to find . Am looking for fujitsu lifebook uh 900 or sony vaio vgn p series...

It's hard to say, the Fujitsu UMPCs are becoming quite uncommon everywhere lately... Auction sites from Japan might have listings for old UMPCs. That's all I could think of... Can use a proxy service like Buyee for Japan Yahoo Auctions, it looks like sometimes the Fujitsu will pop up, and there's a lot of the Sony UMPCs. Good luck...!

Can it run gzdoom builder?

Based on the GPU requirements alone, it could probably run GZDoom Builder specifically, but very badly (like 800MHz was not even enough for comfortable use back then I would say). But you would have to pair with a very old version of GZDoom if you want to use that source port specifically, because the Intel GMA 950 uses a very very old version of OpenGL. For the modern Ultimate Doom Builder, that's an absolute no-go because it uses OpenGL 3.3 and plain won't run. With any method of development, though, on such a small screen I doubt it'd be very intuitive to make anything on it. So yeah, it'd be fun to make a WAD or some sort of game on a gimmicky device like this but it's too painful on this laptop specifically, hah!

Nahhh, it can barely run PC Quake natively, haha... an N64 emu would be terribly slow!

Possible Windows 98 would of been better for this under powered device when it was first brought out.. design is cool but is useless with Vista..

I put Windows 7 on mine and it is hopelessly slow.
