Question for you Ray, when you give the benchmarks of 500, 400, 300, 200 are you referring to sets of 5? I've been doing the program on my own, in other words not really doing it properly, and it's a good reference. I've never heard Rip give benchmarks like this. Thanks for the show, it's been a great addition to Rip's.

A national gym chain would be a start. Like a golds. I'm sure they have travel options. Assuming you're stateside

I recommend you bring a power rack and a full set of plates and flat bench with you in the back along with the cargo you are hauling. Then you can work out at your convenience when you are on the road.
