For a professional who is working on a decent company, making this as a task shouldnt take longer than a week, unless it's realistic, then you are right in realistic style, even some props can take multiple weeks. She is saying weeks because she is trying different stuff, doing lots of iteration, learning discovering etc. Then there is no time limit my friend)

idk, my wood table has chipped wood that's sharp but maybe it has more to do with the type of wood. Like worn wood fences get more pokey
