Deepest gratitude for the great work. Having done an MSc in Yoga I was "practising" meditation and Yoga Sana for the last 15 years. Maharshi Patanjali's ashtanga (classical) yoga and Jesus' exhortation in Bible to be alert, watchful and awake all the time were my guides in the endeavour. But having listened with my ear, mind and heart your brief of Bhagawat Geeta now , I am able to practice my meditation with real zeal: whatever karna you do you get the reward only for the karma of your mind and hence keep on observing your mind at all times to ensure that it's devoid of ragam, desham, moham etc to get the fruits for your karma. Now I can clearly see that ashtanga yoga emanated from Bhagavat Geeta. Eight limbs of ashtanga yoga - Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama,Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi- are clearly stressed and imbibed. And the words " you won't get any punya by studying or understanding unless it's meditated upon and lived upon. Thank you and thank you so much sir!

Bhagavat Gita conveys Wil of GOD to be practiced by us in daily life for which ascetic practice including meditation are prescribed.Now it is pereiod of transition in divine will from spiritual energy of water based to spiritual energy of fire based or in other words,mind based to soul based civilisation . This requires training of souls and not the mind which is water based.it is such a way revealed and esoteric practice are already made available for those who ardently seek .For those who are altristic and focus on salvation of mankind above own salvation will find the Light as jesus or budha forecasted.

In some pictures of Gita, Arjuna's Chariot has 4 horses and other picture has 5 horses . Their names are indicated in Padmapurana and names are Saibya Sugriva Meghapushpa and Balahaka. It wlso indicate four parts of mind, Manas Buddhi Chitha and Ahankara and in Buddhism it is vijnana sanghya vedana sanskar. In some picture 5 horses and it indicate 5 Senses. The number is not important and it is a trivial matter. It is just like asking what is the height of Arjjuna? Let us understand the message of Gita and that is more important than numbers. Most important, in Gita it is not indicated so numbers are not important but the inner message is more important
