I have this workout in my favorites. I am a 56 year old woman just getting started with barbells, and this is a perfect combo. I don't have to worry about arm day or leg day - just a combo workout 2-3 times a week. Hoping to increase the weight in a couple weeks!

I got lazy from exercising with barbells for a whole year😢. Feels like i lost my progress. But this was fun, I can only do until 55% with 7 kg because my legs was shaking hahaha. I'll easy my way back into it! I had a nice sweat and I remembered the best part of exeecising! When it makes my mind completely silent when i'm exhausted 😂. Thank you for providing this!

Omg this by far one of best workouts I have ever done I eveyoned it I learned some new techniques I did whole workout. I'm just strati g my workout journey and weight loss because doctor told me 30 pounds over weight for my height and age I Dont think by saying my age was m old I'm very still young and I've working out it always been apart me me y life personally and business. I owned a martial arts school kung fu and if anyone knows about kung fu it not easy and hand creates alot stamina I mean it's great over ll body workout if that what u like I still practice. Penny wanted to ask you me being knew to barbells weightlifting does it matter when to incorporate i in workout if your starting out or shouls wait a lil what ur ur expert opinion or advice you could give me please and rh Thank you 🙏

Hi :) if you’re new to training you may want to workout every other day for the first 6-8 weeks then you could could move to workouts on consecutive days.
