What a great work out ! I am 63 a size 4 and toned better than most teenagers thanks to Pilates, yoga, hiking and barre workouts , keep up the good work it pays big time later.

Having an athletic background I thought I was in good shape. I’ve played football, ran track, did boxing. This is by far the hardest workout I have ever done in my entire life. Nothing compares 😂. Thank you.

No kidding when I tell you that with this workout my ass looked AMAZING after just three weeks (did this almost everyday for three weeks to see what would happen) and got super strong abs too!! Love this so much Kel!!!! Totally in love!

I've been doing your workouts twice a week for about a month. I gotta tell you...I work out regularly, cardio and weights, but I've noticed a real difference in my legs and butt. Thanks for posting these, they WORK!!

Im willing to leave another comment un say again ....i have been through hundreds and hundreds videos of workouts and yours are the only ones i love 100%. I love there are no disturbing music in the background....i love your tone of voice..motivating not demending and you just have the sweetest harizma from all of online trainers. If for some reasons i will do other workout....i will make sure i complete this one in the end♡♡♡PLEASE PLEASE DO MORE LIKE THIS ONE!!!

Been doing all of your full body classes lately and they are all great but this one was a KILLER.When I saw that it was "only" 35 minutes I thought I would add a 10 minute workout afterwards, but I'm DONE and dripping!! So good, thank you very much

Finally!! Found one that doesnt look like an aerobics class with 2 or 3 ballet exercises. I love the fact that your class includes a lot of burning ballet exercises and not just a few, like most of the popular videos! thank you so much! :)

By the way ladies-I had 4 kids in 6 years, my youngest is now 3 and more core was destroyed and I can thank coach Kel for her abs after baby video she posted a few months ago for the fact that my core is starting to bounce back!!

This is the third class that I had tried of yours and you have always left me sore. I have tried a bit of barre before but I honestly found it to be just about okay. But man, you have always left me sore at the end of every class of yours. Can't wait to try more classes of yours as I love the burn that I feel in my body at the end. I used to go to classes and the instructor counted like this: 10 ... 5,4,3,2,2,2,1. Feel the burn! That was before KZbin offered free videos like this. Now I just do free KZbin classes.

This is my absolute favorite workout and it has SAVED me during quarantine. My workout buddy and I do it twice a week via facetime and switch off doing the 46 min full body barre cardio&toning. I love Coach Kel's demeanor, knowledge, ability and how the workouts can be as hard as you need them to be. What a find.

Just found your channel. This is fantastic. It's a fantastic workout & beautiful way to sculpt the body. Especially if you're not into vigorous or heavy aerobics & want to focus on isolating specific muscles &/or muscle groups. In addition, it's a great way to gain more exacting control over your body movements so you move in a more measured, composed & graceful way. Isolating (focusing on a specific muscle or muscle group) will help you become toned even faster & gain more strength more quickly, as well. Be very aware of everything your body is doing & concentrate on every detail of every movement each muscle contraction. This will help you isolate individual muscles eventually automatically.
