Is always I loved every part of this workout! I like the music as well. I can feel myself getting into the winter slump so I put this on and now I feel like I can do anything today thank you as always! 💪. 🎉 the hardest part for me is always anything with Burpee’s. I do them but a lot slower than you.

Definitely one of the most intense workouts for 35 minutes with you. I appreciate the mix of normal running with weights and lateral movement. I did the most intense workout ever the other day that you did for your 40th birthday. I thought this intensity was actually higher but that one was just longer. Looking forward to your next most intense workout ever! Thank you for doing this for everyone!

LOVED everything about this workout!! My favorite part is the alternating cardio and weights! Do you know how hard it is to find a good workout like this where it combines both? Maybe it’s just me but this is my ideal workout!! Plus the finisher at the end pushed me to get a little extra sweat. I loved the structure, the moves, literally everything. I hope to see more, exactly like this! Thank you Millionaire!!

Thank you. I left everything on the mat. I found the finisher the hardest. Loved that you incorporated the weights. I am dripping in sweat. It was hard but I enjoyed it👊🏽👏🏾👏🏾🙏🏾 ❤

I have just discovered your workouts in the past month or so, and I love your energy and the workouts you give. I always enjoy a little music in there too, but you are entertaining enough without it.😂 I have definitely noticed an improvement in my core strength in just a few short weeks

Adding finishers after each round totally turned up the intensity! That was a sweaty one. My arms went to failure on those devil press ladders .. Whew!!
