Holy Hellman's Mayonnaise, that was fantastic. My Neurodivergent brain was drawn to all the bright colours knowing full well this was going to be an epic start to the week and it was . Fantastic workout , first time I have done one of your videos whilst it is premiering. I did over 10,000 steps, I burnt 1,242 calories and my heart rate got up to 160pbm for the majority of the workout . Thank you so much all the way from Manchester in the UK and please please do more of these videos as these and your running ones are my favourite especially when you bring all the colours , I was like a magpie drawn to silver haha. Have a great day ..... Ps - there were loads of new moves in that I had never done before and I loved them. Just brilliant. 👏

I’m a fan of your variety of creative moves (pacavelli was adorable) and this workout had 99! Really amazing. I don’t think there exists a walking workout as interesting as this one.

It is really great workout !!! So much fun and altough it is long I enjoyed it, also your energy. Especially good when it is so rainy and you cannot walk or run outside. Thanks for posting these kind of workouts ! There are many walking workouts but they are so boring and they do only take steps or they are so easy, not like your workouts.

Yo why you just can do left side to right side right away? Sometimes I miss count or don't remember which side is next.

I do sometimes, but I gets monotonous going from right to left in cardio. I always do left first, then right, if that helps with remembering which side.
