Awesome warm up idea! Thanks for sharing this, my coach and I were literally just talking about dynamic warm-ups, did you place a hidden microphone at my gym? Lol I also couldn’t help but notice three movements(Skier, Bell, Straddles) from your Beginner video. So glad I practiced them. Overall this looks like a great way the chili cooking for a variety of workouts; running, jump rope and even serval CrossFit WODs. I can't wait to try it out, Thanks Tori!

Could be because you are tracking your knee out over your toe in the lunge or you are not utilizing your Glutes enough
