Any of you guys use like using the landmine? If so what are your favorite exercises?

Landmine suitcase deadlifts, single arm rows, goblet squats, sometimes push pressing, and that alternating overhead press using both hands going from one shoulder overhead to the other (I forget the name)

The landmine rotation with a long v handle. It makes it so much more difficult and I feel it much more in the obliques. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWSYqqSHrNGJfZo (around the 2:35 mark)

I just realized you can do incredible super sets or giant sets on the landmine. Row, Press, Row to Press, 2 hand press, t-bar row, front squat, straight arm hip rotations, etc. Great for fighters.

Landmine press is one of the only presses that doesn't bother my shoulder, so I use it whenever they get achy. Really love them, I have my landmine at a higher level. You can always step on a scale, see weight at the bottom and the top of the press. I just average that out giving me an average of 15lbs in hand with the bar alone.

The workouts are truly very effective and so pleasant to execute. However, if only there was less executive talk the video would have been perfect.
