Love the mini ball workouts!!! Those are my favorite. It is amazing how you can work your full body with the mini ball. You can really feel the ab exercises in this workout. It was burning. I really felt I got a good ab workout too. Yesterday my son was telling me he wanted to workout with me. We did the mini ball workout you have with your daughter Ava. They love it. So funny that today my son asked me again to workout and then my husband said Yeah today I am working out. I gave my kids some wooden toys they use as dumbbells since after this we did your strength videos. They have their mini toy balls they use for this workout. You are inspiring my family to workout. You do such a great job. Also, Happy Birthday to your son Aiden. I saw you posted it on instagram. Really nice cake he got for his bday. 😉
