In this Full Body Mobility Flow for Beginners, we're going to be practicing Feldenkrais Style movement. This is a type of movement that is focused on flowing through your whole body with ease.
This flow is great for beginners, and will help you to improve your flexibility, balance, and coordination. If you're looking to start practicing mindful movement, this flow is a great place to start!
Let's move mindfully with my guidance and improve your mobility and strength! All you need for this practice is your body, your attention, floor space. Let's follow along and move your body!

What I like about these exercises is that they are slow enough to really feel how the whole of my body must work together, instead of targeting just one set of muscles! Great video. Thanks, Taro!

(9:35) "... it is really important that you engage your shoulders by pressing your hands into the floor... otherwise you are hanging on into your shoulders, and that is not gonna be good for your shoulders. So push through the hands..." Very important! 👌🏼 Thanks once again

I love the fact that these are functional exercises which can help anyone retain or regain strength and flexibility for daily life. I'm thinking of throwing my dumbbells away and focusing on these exercises alongside modified yoga. Thanks Taro.

I tried my best to get through the 10 day challenges, and was going to start again today, got through the 10 days, but not always twice a day. Then I saw you have posted this, really great. I wonder if there's something specific for the sacro-iliac like this too, or maybe this gets that part too. I read that the most important area to keep healthy is the lower back, I guess it means hips too, it's just such a matrix any and all help is very beautiful. Thanks so much for all of your considerations.

Dear Taro I personally love all your instructions vids. Especially this one for mobility effortless. Im grandma of 75yo. I play golf but now I kind struggle with swinging hitting the ball. one suggestion is to do at counter so there is less weight on wrists

For the second exercise when your legs are on your toes, can you recommend an alternative for those of us who have toes that have been fused to the metatarsal?

sure. you can try keeping feet flat, and be on your knees and hands/fists.

are you asking about using these movement flow for weight loss exercise program? Any activity has a potential to reduce weight as it mobilizes body. For weight loss, use of larger muscles, more body parts will be more efficient, but there is a lot more to weight loss than just exercise. such as diet, hormonal balance, occupation, daily routines and habits, etc.

I’m looking for a full body beginners program I have muscle tension everywhere it’s debilitating me no one knows exactly why. Had an injury 5 years ago and can’t get past this chronic problem. Don’t say go to a doctor been 33 times I need to fix it. Nothing works chiro osteo etc
