So, I thought I’d share my weekly routine with anyone who’s interested; M-Achv Peak full body/cardio (alternating fortnightly) T-A.P arms W-A.P shoulders (I struggle building arms and shoulders, hence my solitary days for them) T-A.P chest/legs (alternating fortnightly) F-A.P full body/superset/pyramid S- Dance workout S- Yoga/Pilates
