Fun workout. Loved that there was a good warm-up and wonderful cool down. I think some modifications would be great to add for those of us who are older or less fit.

I did most of your workouts today and I’m feeling pumped up! I did this with a friend and my belly is actually looking and feeling better and slimmer! Thanks shortcircuits_fitness! I’m really happy about he results, and we decided to do one of your workouts another 6 times! Again, thank you! (We aren’t the fittest people out there but we want to be!) We were also trying to glow up in quarantine so we tried this and some others. And it worked! So if you’re tired of reading this comment, give your eyes a rest from this and do the workout. I promise anyone watching this video will ABSolutely LOVE the results of her workouts. Please like or respond if you guys agree!
