We just went on a 2 mile outdoor walk+gardening this morning, I just finished the 20-minute upper body weights workout. Prior to computer, I noticed this band stretch suggested after weights workout. I’m having week of goals reached, the 10-second full plank in yoga at gym, and today finally got the rotational chest stretch (took me 2 years). Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

Sore neck and a bit tired all over so skipped Pilates Cardio and did this gentle stretch instead - I nice way to ease into the weekend. Thanks VB

Dear Vanessa,My glutes and hip were tight and hence had mobility issues , this definately helped!

Hi there Manisha! So glad this stretch has been helping with the glutes and hip release. We can often store tension here and limit mobility with daily desk work etc.😀 Well done for doing such a variety of videos on here, really proud of you approaching each part of your fitness, strength and mobility piece by piece. Keep going!

Fantastic stretch with the band. Just finished week 4 upper body weights, love this stretch for after weights. The initial first 2 stretches for calf & ankle feel great on ankle dislocated couple years ago. The hamstring and inner/outer thigh stretches I recently did in yoga at the gym with a yoga strap. I prefer the band. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

It was a gr8 combo to finish the upper body and core band workout with this stretch routine. Loved the shoulder stretch towards the end and the calf, shin and ankle stretches. And wow the itb stretch was goooood🙌🦋thanks and blessings V🙏

I just finished week 5 of the 20 minute upper body weight workout. I’ve done, some of this leg stretches in Tuesday and Thursday yoga gym classes with a yoga strap. I prefer the band… Fantastic ankle and calf stretch at start. My right ankle can be temperamental since dislocating it. But these stretches are excellent. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

We just went on a little over 3/4 mile outdoor walk. I did first time of yoga cardio for week 5 on higher living program. Love this band stretch. I used heavy band this morning. Thanks Vanessa ☺️❤️

nice stretch. I have never done the foot/ankle hamstring stretch, felt good. I also purchased a 6.5 ft theraband which allows me more range of motion.

Wow well yep, hopefully people feel better, more vibrant, balanced 😀✨️🙏 I certainly do after all of these, the same as you! Depending on the routine I can either feel stronger (mind and body), more centred (mind and body) and yes more youthful because all routines boost along our body and awaken in different ways 👋✅️💫 Love how you are embracing all these routines! This is definitely one to repeat. You can't beat a good theraband stretch 🔥

@@Vanessabhealthtv I have started being more mindful of what I EAT after starting your workouts. It’s harder to eat ice cream 🍦 and cookies 🍪 for a snack after treating my body so well with these exercises. Looking forward to completing more workouts and I’m sharing them with my family as well❣️

Great stretch with the band. Flexibility has improved since 5 months ago… the only non-smooth moment was next to last exercise. We just went for ~2 mile outdoor walk, then I did the 20 minute upper body weights workout. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

My first routine in over 3 weeks having got the dreaded COVID and really been challenged with coughing and fatigue. While I’ve been walking an average of 10kms a day during our travels - it’s really good to get back into some stretch and strengthen with the resistance band. I will aim to continue and get back into my daily practice!!

I just finished week 6 of the 20 minute upper body weight workout. As previously posted, done a few of these stretches in Tuesday and Thursday gym yoga with yoga strap… I’m partial to the bands though. Great stretches for ankle and calf, too. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

I just finished my week 3 for the 20 minute upper body weight workout. Fantastic stretch for full body while using band. The first ankle/calf stretches are great for ankle dislocated a few years ago. Also, I got the rotational chest stretch again. The hamstring and inner/outer thigh stretch I did in yoga Thursday, but used a yoga strap. I think, I prefer using the band. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

We just went on a 2 mile outdoor morning walk+gardening, then I completed week 2 of 20 minute upper body weights. Love the suggestion at end of weight workout of this stretch. The first calf stretches is great on ankle dislocated a few years ago. Fantastic stretch using band, I got the rotational chest stretch again. I had a question on that stretch, does it matter what side of heel band placed? Now I’m ready to further start day. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️
