The best part is that this can be done with a spiky dome that is used for balance and foot arch rehabilitation. Those are perfectly palm sized, light enough to not feel pain and heavy enought to provide focus. And if you drop them... No problem at all. 😉 Look them up and buy a pair.

In the Solar Body Method on the change your energy website, the instructor instructs to work with opposite leg and hand. So, if the left foot is forward, the right hand does the plate balancing can you please clarify? Thanks!

Good observation. Frankly, you can do it either way and get similar benefits. I'd suggest trying it both ways and seeing which one feels more useful. When I do it with the same side hand and leg, I feel more of a stretch in the ribcage and side of the body. When I do opposite arm and leg, I feel more in my lower back and chest.
