Hello and good morning PJ! Today I am starting with out with Day 1 intense 25 in 25 challenge. I am sweating and I must admit you are the only one here on YT where I actually feel my lazy glutes being activated all day long! I agree with you no music, and other yb with too much music and not cueing people how to do the workout properly! Bravo and congrats to 25 years being a trainer! I really enjoy your workouts! Thanks so much, I am looking forward to Day 2! Have an awesome day! BTW thanks for the modifications in the right top of the screen!

Hello PJ! Day 25 complete! Yea! I remember when I started Day 1, I could not finish this whole workout. I did notice that I am not shaking anymore with any of the workouts. This time I tried some of the modifications. I liked the wall sit. Thanks so much again!

I started with you a couple of months ago, every single exercise was modified for me. You kept me going by assuring me that just because it was a modified version didn't mean it wouldn't work. Well I felt every muscle worked when you assured me of this. I can happily say today I had no modifications of exercise except if I didn't have the TRX and Bosu ball which I don't. I just want beginners to know PJ promised me the exercises would work and I would advanced eventually. Stay with it guys it does work. awesome workout today PJ thanks

Hi. When yoi said you were using a pair of 15lb dumbells did you mean 1 single dumbells was 15lbs each? Can you please confirm? I always get confused if it means 1 or both dumbells combined means the 15lbs. Also, perhaps a video on how to understand the numbers? Thanks in advance. Just starting day one.

Love how this series of workouts are only 20-25 minutes long. Best series. Found the older ones good, but would love to see more 20-25minute workouts. I workout at 5:30 in the morning, then walk the dog, then the kids wake up and I lose me time. Thanks PJ

25 days ago I had to modify EVERY exercise WITHOUT weights AND I stopped the workout after the second set of exercises!!! Today on day 25, I did EVERY exercise WITH 8 or 10 pound weights!! (it was still a challenge, but in a really good way!) Thank you, PJ, for helping me succeed in 25 fun workout days! You are one heck of a trainer!

I just finished day 25! PJ, everything you mentioned as indicators to gauge my improvement from day 1 vs day 25 were achieved. First thing I noticed was that I made it to the end and I could actually breathe. The workout even felt much shorter probably because I wasn’t yelling at you this time. I remember on day one thinking you were nuts when you expected me to do this circuit 3 times. Today I thank you and apologize for the back talk that you fortunately couldn’t hear. I started day one with 5lb and 8lb weights and today I used 8lbs and 10lbs. My arms are looking much more defined which is exciting. I also made it all the way through without stopping. I love your way of teaching and definitely plan to continue with you on Patreon. Thank you!

Loved this workout. One of the reasons I really like your workouts is that you provide so many options as well as a lot of cueing. Even those of us that have been working out for many years, get distracted or lazy and need to be reminded of proper form. Thank you!

Oh yes! We finished this workout! My lil 8 y.o. grandson worked out with us this morning. We enjoyed it. He was so excited. I was proud of him. We're doing the 25 day challenge. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Thanks P.J. looking forward to #2 tommorow. We'll see you then.❤❤❤

PJ- I feel like you ARE in my living room with me, lol. I talk back to you and laugh at your jokes! I'm 59 and have exercised faithfully most of my life but have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. Thanks for all you do for people like me who are determined to stay fit for decades to come. It's good to know you've got our backs....and knees, and hips!

I did it! finished it! 25 in 25....well not so much in 25...holidays, grandkids, sensitive lower back...you know...life! lots of modifications used....thank you PJ...It was a challenge but no matter how old we are....ahem...65!...we are a lot stronger than we believe we are....and proving it to ourselves through your workouts. thanks again PJ

I haven't been much for working out ........until I found fitness with pj . She is just full of spunk and is a no nonsense type of gal and she has a way to get you motivated and takes the time to properly show you how to work out the right way. And gives you the inspiration to keep at it . So if you wanna feel better and get healthy over 40 I definitely recommend fitness with pj.

Day 1 complete, loved it! I'm 50 years old and haven't worked out this intensely for 4-5 years...I made it!! Modified some, only paused once, no weights with lunges. First workout with you. Thanks!

Great workout PJ! I am 56 have osteoporosis and found your channel looking for osteoporosis exercises. I was so happy to see the modifications! I am going to try this 25 day challenge and then think I will explore the over 50 workouts, Appreciate you and your reality about working out as we get older.

🎉I finished the whole 25 days! Day 1 Max HR 157 Day 25 150 Weight 12 lbs and 7 lbs day 25 18 lbs and 10 lbs Day 1 stopped A lot especially during mountain climbers. Day 25 did not stop once! Even when you ran out of tape, day 1 I just did the 1 round, day 25 I did not stop! Tiredness day 1 9, Day 25 about an 8 BUT I increased my weight. I am definitely see more definition in my arms and legs. And a tiny tiny gap in my thighs. It's small but there lol. I am able to get my legs straighter in hamstring stretches! Thank You PJ you really have given me more confidence, and my health certainly has improved! I will do an active rest day tomorrow and then maybe do the 25 days again with heavier weights! Thank You! Day 1! Signed up for the challenge and I'm subscribed. I turned 45 y.o. a month ago. I was a lazy teenager and lazy in my 20s, then loved running after my 2nd child when I was 31. Stopped running after my 3rd child at age 36 but enjoyed a heavy weight workout for a few months but it was too long to fit my new work schedule that started 5 years ago. Moved back to Wyoming 3.5 years ago to be closer to my parents. Since then I've done mild workouts to mostly none, very on and mostly off again. I've definitely been feeling perimenopause changes as well the last few years, especially this year, and knew I needed to step it up, I refuse to age weakly and feeling sick. I started eating better in Sept, started workouts pretty regularly since then, but now I'm ready for more: weights, build strength, lose the last 10 pounds. I'm subscribed and excited to see how I progress these next 25 days! I love that you don't have music! Looking forward to it.

Hi! I am 69 and enjoyed the first workout and was able to finish using many of the modifications. I have to be careful with knees and hips due to recent injury for overdoing it. Following physio treatment and wellness exercises for a month I am ready to start spreading my wings. I find your programs excellent because of all the prompting re proper positioning etc. which at my age is important. Thank you for your awesome videos.

Thank you Pj! Im 41 and let me tell you, with bad bone and joint family history, your work outs are perfect for me! I needed a pro to tell me there are modifications to lunges and its okay to do them without weights when needed! Im hard headed lol. After taking a week to stand up straight again, post rogue youtube workouts, im ready to accept the fact than my body is no longer a 20 year old drop top. Look forward to finishing your 25 in 25 and more! Doable, and enjoy the conversation!

Well I'm 43 years old, and just finished the 25 challange!!! I have to admit I took a few extra days off in between, but I finished it which is a big deal for me. When I redid day 1 just now, I'm happy to say I was able to do the mountain climbers on the floor without stopping, which is HUGE for me (on day 1 i had to do them against a chair) I ❤❤❤have alway had like no arm strength whatsoever, that even yoga was hard as I just can't hold myself up. So thank you! Looking forward to trying the unstoppable challange next!! You are wonderful!

Hi there! due to lower back pain, I'll have to complete day 25 tmrw, really can't work out as I did years ago or even last year. Overall have been enjoying PJ's challenge. Well PJ I finished the 25 in maybe 50, not quite sure but at least I finished. It took me a lot longer due to full time work and looking after my sick puppy and unfortunately dealing with his death. Thank you for the distraction and giving me a few laughs during a really sad time. It was a great program and I feel stronger and in a little bit better shape for doing it. You are the best!!!!

Wow! I've come a long ways. Definitely have more endurance. I didn't have to take longer rest periods as from day1. Wall sits, the 1st set I had to stand strait after about 25 sec in. The last 2sets. Did the entire 45 sec, I opted for planks instead of the renegade row and on 2 sets, I did the entire 45 sec. The rest was a breeze. I went longer than when I started day 1. I'm proud of me. Thanks again PJ for your knowledge, expertise and training techniques for us women over 40. As we get older and some of us may be going thru the menopause stage in our lives, our needs when it comes to weight training and cardio and don't want to leave out our eating habits absolutely differ from those as to when we were in our 20's! I feel so much better. I have more energy and good part I can work out longer w/o resting!💪💪💪🏋. Thanks again PJ. Looking forward to tomorrow's w/o. I got the 21day plan in my email. Just finished Day 1 of 25 Challenge…whew!!!! I did it in KZbin instead of Patreon….might try other site for next WO…oh my word what a sweat 😅 I used my 25 & 7 lb weights & elevated mountain climbers…I have shoulder issues since my car accident 7 years ago…I have to be careful with shoulder WOs as they usually trigger a migraine the next day 🥴🥴🥴 almost tippled over on the weighted lunges😂😂😂😂 much better results when I remembered to engage my core…thanks for this PJ❤️❤️❤️

I'm feeling stronger after your 21 day challenge, today started 25 day challenge OMG! "Love that you don't want to kill us but make us stronger!" My body is hooked on the results I get from you as a trainer especially your passion, hard work to motivate all levels. Congrats on 26 years, it's no wonder you look the way you do. Any one who gives a thumbs down is not happy with themselves, no reflection on you. I did have to take a few breaks, adjust dumbbells, wrists are painful but i did it!! Now ready to enjoy rest of this Labor day long wknd. I used to listen to music but now that I train with you I prefer to listen to your que's. I live north of Houston and have been working out and battling weight and fitness all my life. I took notes on day one. On day 25 I read over my notes. Yes, I did improve and used heavier weights and very little modifications. If you didn’t give the suggestion of taking notes I wouldn’t have thought to. So glad I did. Thanks PJ I needed this motivation.

Doing this challenge again. A couple things... 1. My endurance was definitely not the best, even though I've been working out with you for a while. 2. I prefer to listen to you talk than hear music. I find it more motivating and I love that you make sure we do our forms correctly so we get the most out of each exercise (and don't injure yourself lol). PJ you've changed the game for me with exercise. I've never been more consistent over a long period of time than I have with your videos. Thank you for all you do!

So this is it!! DAY 25 DONE AND DUSTED!! Wow I did a lot more of the workout with my 15s and I did double 15s for the first move!! Holy Moly never thought Id be doing this!! Thank you so much for this challenge PJ!! It is/was amazing and anyone who does it will see results!!

Day 25, I did it! Stated 4/5 finished 5/4, so it took me a few extra days! I'm ok with that! I have definitely got stronger and better! Day one I used 7lbs, day 25 I used 10 and it wasn't a struggle! Love this final workout to see how far I've come! Thank you PJ! You kick A$%!!!!! On to the next PJ workout!

WOW I’m so proud of myself I can happily say I graduated today from the 25 in 25 challenge. And as PJ promised I will get stronger ,,, people might no see my hard work but I feel it , how I feel confident to upgrade my dumbbells to heavier I didn’t today only because I have not bought heavier ones yet . Even though I was still not able to do two moves because of knees hurting or balance I felt ready for something more challenging. I felt the difference how tired I was day 1 by the end of the second round , third round I was out of breath. Today felt so easy . Thank You , Thank You PJ. I’m taking a short break then I want to try the free 14 day trial workout next .

Just finished day 25 woot woot. I totally remember how exhausted I was on the first day. I remember not completing every exercise and having a hard time getting up and down for the different exercises. Got through today completely, up and down much easier, used my heaviest weights through all . I know that it was still a hard sweaty workout but I believe I have more stamina and can handle more weights. Thanks .😊

Omg day 25 i did it all go me lol. It was made possible because you are so encouraging and the banter is great. I was able to use the heavy weights on all the dumbbell exercises this time and down on the ground for the mountain climbers.and also found i didn't stop and don't feel as tired. But i can really feel i've worked out still. Thank you so much from this 46 yearr old who hated exercise all her life.

Done done 25/25 good one for an oldie like me. I didn’t want to jinx myself parading I’m on it till now. I’ve seen improvements on my markers,one of them is most important for me ,I didn’t get mad not having strength to do certain exercise,I’m just glad for the modified versions, I did increase my dumbbell weight couple pounds that I have, I noticed the exercises are well taught of for breaks giving a chance for recovery. Very smart coach PJ that is. The last time I tried to do fit for 15 I got sick after doing that kickboxing and whoa didn’t finish it after that. Getting old easy and enjoying the challenge I didn’t think I can do. Btw 6 days a week no sundays that’s my church day and rest day. More power to your program PJ. You’re a very good coach and entertaining too.

I know I'm late to the game... but I've never been 44 before and starting to get to a place where my previous workouts werent as friendly to my knees, hips, and seemed to no longer have the same effect they had before my menopause journey. I've learned that cardio is great - but often wears out my knees and low back, so weights seemed to be a better option. So THANK YOU for these.

This is my sixth time doing this workout. It was so hard on the first 25-in-25 challenge last fall. Now it's one of my favorite ones! I love all of PJ's Met Con workouts! They're guaranteed to get the heart rate up and make you sweat, and then that endorphin rush... 😅

And I have to say you are probably the best trainer when it comes to cuing, modifications, tips on posture, offering different options- just everything that goes along with exercising safely. Very proud I got through this a 2nd time as I find it as much a mental as physical challenge to stick through the 25 days. I still find this workout very hard and stuck with the same weights as before. However, I actually managed to do the T push up on my right arm this time as opposed to nose diving on my face. Perhaps though the best thing was that my average bpm dropped by 4bpm so I'll take those as a measure of success. Many thanks PJ. I couldn't do it without you.👏❤

day 25 and round 2 - done!!! No knee issues this time around ( thanks to all the gluten med exercises the past couple of days!) and made it all the way through! I also went up in weights - yippee!
