I've been working out with you for about a year. You have been a blessing to me. My little doggie enjoys the workouts too. 95% of the time, when your voice comes on, she runs in from wherever she may have been sleeping and wants me to play. So, she gets a little work out and I get a pre-warm up. Thank you for being out there. I appreciate you.

I was so close to not doing day 7, my bed felt so good...and it's a Monday! But I did it! I told myself I'd do the easy version of the moves. Surprise! I increased my weights for the last two sets of the last group! Yay.

I know,its been awhile about 3 months I had to wait til ankle,healed from plate and screws , I couldnt do exercises involving knees or getting up and down knowing still,trying to get ankle,strong . I did modify and,was sweating so Ty . I lately have been depressed exercise has helped . using crutches when I did for 3 nonths I lost weight . during summer was rough .

Fit & Fierce Day 7 done! I found you on youtube a couple of months ago and love your style (commentaries are just what I need to push through). Sometimes, you mention other workouts we can add if there's still some "gas in the tank" and I find that especially helpful. I rotate several of your ab workouts on a daily basis but any recommendations you have for a little something extra (without causing burnout) would be awesome. I max out the weights during the workout but sometimes, I just feel I want a little more (maybe there's something wrong with me???🤪. On a day like this, would it be ok to choose from your "appetizers & finishers"? Thank you for all you do! I'll be joining Patreon or Over 50 Fitness once I've completed this challenge.

This is one of my favorites. I love working in balance with strength moves. I think it's more fun for your brain and so makes it seem to go faster. You bring so much joy to my life PJ. I work out with you after work, and no matter what happened in the day it all melts away and it's just me and you (and my cat) , focusing on improving our bodies and feeling strong and fit. I don't know what I would do without my daily PJ therapy. And who doesn't want to stretch after a workout?

Love the combination of strength, cardio, and balance! When I started working out with you, before I joined patreon, I did that fit and fierce challenge over and over, because that was the free trial on your website! Your comments still make me laugh! Happy Anniversary! There were a lot of components to today’s workout, giving my body some great challenges. Loved the rotational lunge in the warm-up. I used 5 pound dumbbells for the side to front raises, which was ample for me. For other moves, 8’s, 10’’s, 12’s. The hip flexor stretch was “yummy.” I used yoga blocks, great idea. Ahh, George…It’s a dog’s life.. Thanks, PJ! ❤️

I never put you on mute. I love your workouts. And yesterday I spent the day on airplanes, flying across the country to visit family. Fortunately, our daughter has a workout room with lots of equipment, so, today’s workout helped me relieve the stress and do some important stretching. Thanks, PJ! ❤

I love this workout! First set was tough enough ... and you see the second & third sets were spiced up. Yeah, I love it so much. It seems, I love challenging workout. And this one is the one. Rotation lunge & balance press were hilarious! Thanks PJ! Send lots of love to George!!!

That did NOT go by quickly! 😂😂 I literally wanted to cry during this workout! Although I’m a part of this 21 day challenge, I am not doing the daily workouts. I work as a full time trainer/instructor. However, I will do EVERY workout in the challenge, just at a later time. I appreciate all you do, PJ!

I liked this video, worked the whole body. I really enjoy the tips you give us. I am lagging behind following the calendar but I am exercising choosing different days of the calendar. I want to be consistent and gain strength. I have osteopenia and I am also taking thyroid meds which can weaken your bones even more so it’s important to keep those bones strong. So thank you for all of your motivation. You are part of my family now.❤

2nd round: ultimately used 5s for shoulder work, 15 for pullover/chest press, 12 for squat pass

Day 7✅ Thank u PJ,this was so good. Today for me is day 7 & day 8 together. As u know Mondays I take a break but my friend insisted to go to th gym as guest & do 2 classes back to back(ya we are definitely nuts 🤣)so we did a step class with strength & then Zumba. Omg yesterday I had to give myself a break cause my legs were seriously crying.... So back to my challenge & will be a back to back so that I stay behind one day only💪🙌

Happy Anniversary! I really liked this workout, and I'm enjoying these new moves and longer stretches. I especially like that rotational lunge combo- it just flowed really smoothly :) And I think I want to be George- what a life! Thanks for these amazing workouts PJ!

Hey PJ, Happy 29th Anniversary to you and LH. This was a great workout. I just wanted to thank you for helping me get fit, stronger and more flexible. This was much needed. Function and balance is so so so important with aging (who’s aging?). Watching people I know and love injure themselves motivates me to really focus on my physical health. Thank you for doing what you do. 💕
