That was great! Nice flow and relaxing. Truly full body hitting all the good spots and my favorite poses. This will be one I come back to for sure!

Awful day today when I woke up and I felt terrible dizzy ... My back was very tense and well looks like I need to reduce the inflammation on my middle back ... Thank you for this amazing video I have been struggling with my breath lately it feels like it won't reach my chest even in yoga it's shallow and sometimes painful I know it's from anxiety,if anyone has techniques or solutions please share it with me

I recommend to try upper body stretches 💘 it will help with anxiety and create more space within the chest and upper back for a deeper breath 💘

What is that thing we’re supposed to do before updog? Chata- something? I keep hearing it, but don’t know what it means

chaturanga dandasana - In short it is like a half push up as we only go down and to come up we enter updog or cobra within a traditional vinyasa style class. Here is a great article to break it down ☺💗yogainternational.com/article/view/realign-chaturanga
