there is no way this was 30 minutes! it flew by! i absolutely love how long you hold poses. it gives me a chance to scan my body and look for tension and _release_ it. i also appreciate how you leave us to be and breathe while we're in those poses, rather than talking too much. you give enough instruction so that i know what to do, and then you leave us to be. this was a wonderful video and i'm happy to say that i've subscribed. i look so forward to practicing more of these. thank you for sharing ☺🥰

I have chronic pain, and I’ve tried yoga so many times. I thought it was inaccessible to me, but it turns out I just hadn’t found the right teacher! Your classes are perfectly paced and done in such a way that I can do them and feel relaxed afterwards. Thank you so much for all you do, you’ve made a huge difference in my life! 🙏

Wow, i'm one of those people who used to think this was a waste of time or laugh at the slow-talking, etc but after wayyy overdoing an exercise and not being able to find anything to help I decided to try this out anyway. Let's just say I wasn't disappointed. Thank you (:

I really don't know what it is about this video - It was the first time I did it tonight. I have a lot of trapped emotions - and this practice allowed me to release some of them. I found myself crying and crying and crying during butterfly and the deep twists. I am a Canadian living in So Cal and missing my family and friends so much. I've been so sad but unable to cry so THANK YOU for this beautiful practice that allowed me to release some emotions - at long last. Thank you thank you thank you! Namaste.

This is OMG good. My body feels rejuvenated. Yoga with Bird is one of best out there... no frills... no unrelated comments, simply clean straightforward, easy to follow instructive yoga. I share this with my network all the time. Part of my message is, don't reach for pain killers if your joints are stiff, just try Yoga With Bird. Your body would thank you for it!

I got my Covid booster and flu shots yesterday, so I’m achy and chilly today. After a hot lavender bath, this stretch was perfect in front of the fireplace. It was a perfect chance to tell my body that everything is really ok.

As a beginner, I love how long you hold the poses. It gives me a chance to make sure I am doing it right and then relaxing into the stretch. I also love that you appreciate the silence of yoga. I have been to classes that had way too much talking for me to relax. Thank you!

I had a extreme dance class yesterday after almost a year without dancing, I came home destroyed, my husband told me to do some stretches today if I wanted to continue today with my next class. I can say that I feel like im in the clouds! Thank you

I know there are so many youtube yoga gurus but I found you and your videos are just what i needed. I was teaching from home and my mornings are very busy, and I love how you have 10 mins and 15 mins video. Helps me start my day right. Also, i love how relaxing and peaceful your videos are. it feels like yoga+meditation both. It's the perfect balance. I hope your channel grows immensely because I would love to see more and more videos!!

Ofc my muscles still hurt a bit but I can relax them now and actually walk and move around without so much pain I love the holding poses they helped very much not like other yoga teachers who do it for about 5-10 seconds than move on

You're my new favorite yoga instructor on KZbin! Can you do an intermediate yoga flow for muscle recovery? I am doing a new training program where I do yoga just once a week and I need it to be GOOD. This video was great for that.

This was OUTSTANDING...many don't HOLD a pose for long enough, so you don't get the benefit of a REAL stretch. I truly enjoyed this. It was also great for someone who doesn't do yoga as much as they should. I love your outfit too...super cute.

I just started doing yoga and incorporating it into my workout routine. There's no way that was a half hour. Definitely an excellent stretch, and I really appreciate the guidance on additional small movements or adjustments. It really helped me find the spots that needed stretching. Best one I've found so far and I'll be keeping it as part of my weekly routine.

Thank you soooo much for holding your poses so long!!! I'm new to yoga and so far most classes I've been to the instructor goes through the poses to fast for me to ( a ) Know what I'm doing And ( b ) get in tune with how my body is reacting to each pose. This is exactly what I needed.

I am so glad and thankful I found this video! New and instantly subscribed. I loved how you take your time for each pose and instruct us to focus on the breathing and the body tension. Love that you don’t speak the whole time which allows time for relaxation. The time flew by and I enjoyed this so much.
