there is no way this was 30 minutes! it flew by! i absolutely love how long you hold poses. it gives me a chance to scan my body and look for tension and _release_ it. i also appreciate how you leave us to be and breathe while we're in those poses, rather than talking too much. you give enough instruction so that i know what to do, and then you leave us to be. this was a wonderful video and i'm happy to say that i've subscribed. i look so forward to practicing more of these. thank you for sharing ☺🥰

I have chronic pain, and I’ve tried yoga so many times. I thought it was inaccessible to me, but it turns out I just hadn’t found the right teacher! I really don't know what it is about this video - It was the first time I did it tonight. I have a lot of trapped emotions - and this practice allowed me to release some of them. I found myself crying and crying and crying during butterfly and the deep twists. I am a Canadian living in So Cal and missing my family and friends so much. I've been so sad but unable to cry so THANK YOU for this beautiful practice that allowed me to release some emotions - at long last. Thank you thank you thank you! Namaste.

I got my Covid booster and flu shots yesterday, so I’m achy and chilly today. After a hot lavender bath, this stretch was perfect in front of the fireplace. It was a perfect chance to tell my body that everything is really ok.

I was teaching from home and my mornings are very busy, and I love how you have 10 mins and 15 mins video. Helps me start my day right. This was OUTSTANDING...many don't HOLD a pose for long enough, so you don't get the benefit of a REAL stretch. I truly enjoyed this. It was also great for someone who doesn't do yoga as much as they should. I love your outfit too...super cute.

I just started doing yoga and incorporating it into my workout routine. There's no way that was a half hour. Definitely an excellent stretch, and I really appreciate the guidance on additional small movements or adjustments. It really helped me find the spots that needed stretching. Best one I've found so far and I'll be keeping it as part of my weekly routine.
