Welcome to this week’s 23 minute full body yoga flow, where I will guide you through a yoga practice designed to improve your strength, balance and flexibility in a mindful way, for a well-rounded flow you can incorporate into your daily movement practice.
This is a mixed level practice, I’ve included options throughout the routine to make some of the poses more accessible.
