This is perfect. Just getting back to the gym after COVID. I live in a small city Northern Canada so gyms were shut down. I have been working out for years but I still enjoy learning technique or anything I can to improve. Awesome!

Love the DLB workouts!!! I always workout at home and the main leg question I can’t get an answer on is what’s the best alternative for a leg press machine??? I struggle with leg gains for sure and don’t have room in my home gym for a leg press machine. Any tips for effective alternatives? Thanks!

in mid 90's when i was in the gym scene, i was squatting 405 x12 and would immediately crawl into the leg press already loaded and scream out 6 to 8 reps then slide off n make it to the leg extension and screamed it till i about threw up. One set to failure brought me to the strongest legs I had ever seen of anyone.

185 is literally my one rep max😭 some day I’ll hit 300🥺 just had a baby and was sick the whole time up until I gave birth. Almost 6 months postpartum and itching to get back into it. Thank you for the motivation! I feel like I should be paying you for the tips and routines 😂

Mostly good information. The leg press depth though is not for everyone. This will depend on the shape of your hip socket and how your femur connects to it.
