sure wish I had a trainer like you in person. So good. I love all the explaining of exactly what each exercise does and the reasoning behind the different positions and how each one concentrates on a different part of the muscle and which part. Yeah I know, lots of ands. Oh, and I totally lose my words ALL THE TIME 😁

Just finished...I’m 51 trying to build and keep muscle mass. DLB is my go to and I used to like you a lot until this 😜. The folks at the gym had to sweep me into a dustpan to get me off the floor. I’m sure I won’t be able to sit on the toilet or walk down the steps tomorrow...or the next day.

Just gone into lockdown. Had a good work out this morning. Just in time. I am looking at leg work. Squats, lunges with just body weight. I can work out outside thankfully. Lots of walking.

Dana, I just did this today.. damn, my quads are definitely destroyed.. had to cut short my last set, my quads are all jellyyyy, i hate you 😂❤ but it was definitely a good one.

Had not thought of turning the toe to get at a different aspect of the knee when doing extensions, as soon as I get finished building the leg extension bench I will be trying that.

Hello, I have not been able to train legs for a long time due to a pain in the external lateral knee ligament. Any recommendation that they can give me exercises or some therapy, I see your exercises and cry :(

Not big on compressing my spine. I have a strong back, but heavy weight on my traps seems unnatural. For me, RDL's are cool!
