@@emh8861 Yeah.. Duh.. But that doesn't mean I can't make mistakes.. Like, everybody else.. I saw it in my workout plan and I purely just go just of pictures that the plan provided.. Tbh, I tried to find how to do this properly but I couldn't find any information..

Nice job going in depth with each exercise! Especially the Bulgarian Split Squat! Leaning a tad forward does create a difference. A Breakdown video about the Calves would be interesting to see next! And I think the glute squeeze looks fine. So no need to keep saying ugly butt, lol cause it is not for some, keep it up, never shame on it. But I know you’re just joking. The glutes looks fine when unflexed or flexed. Flexing it shows the definition and development of the muscle and it pops out more. Works like any other muscle & I think it looks ok without over hinging the hips. Sorry if I seem too far fetched. Still good work and keep staying SAFE!

DLB, you have some of the best quads sweeps I've ever seen on any female bodybuilder or fitness competitor. Not just size, but just perfect proportions and development, with excellent separation. Those legs had to have been what won you many contests I'm sure.

I recently learned the official technical term for “ugly butt” - it’s “booty raisin”. Hope that helps y’all with the visualization! Terrific video.

You gave a really useful tip on doing the squat! Pushing outward while squatting was instrumental in correcting my squat and keeping me from repeatedly pulling my hamstring. Thx.

That squat machine is friggin awesome. I remember when that machine first came out I was mesmerized. I always had my best leg days with that machine, far better than the regular bar squat. I think the issue with the regular bar squat is you have to concentrate so much on proper form. I know the load ratio is different but sometimes its better to sacrifice all out weght for building a good pump. I could load that thing up to the complete max. I have noticed that machine is harder to come by these days🙁

How long into u doing weights did you start noticing muscle? Ive been for maybe 2 1/2 months,and switched up my eating and starting to see my arms get leaner and a bit more muscle than before, but what i want is to be able to see the muscles pop out like your arms do. Any tips?
