If you become champion of Mr Olympia, you will be a great representative for the category, not only for your physique but for sharing knowledge, it's possible to feel the love you have for this sport and how much you will contribute to the bodybuilding! There are excellent athletes, but with this same profile and also of honorable men, there are few in history. Arnold, Jay Cutler, Labrada are some great examples!

I would argue tibialis training makes the ankles more flexible NOT calves. You want the calves elongated, stretched , not contracted (shortened), therefore, you would train the antagonist, the tibialis for more ankle flexion

LOL I'm so not 69, but I am, female, looking for a good trainer. You are it! Thank you! I'm 5 feet, 120 123 lean and muscular, this is where I like to stay lean wise and see my growth. I have put 20lbs of muscle in all my active life. I still eat and train bodybuilding style and I'm one of the few that can do L HANGS in my gym ... with pullups! hahaha! I feel like I am over training now. I'm going to try back off and cut back my weight. I am I'm tired of loading 12 plates on the leg press. Now I know why. Get that "plate" mentality out of my head. Let's do this! Many thanks Wesley!
