You need to bleed trapped air keep in mind to put the heater at high in cabin. And the condenser its OK only you need the filter or strainer to be replaced.

wow i love this 2014 face lift model, i owned a red one and i loved it idk what was in my head to sell it, it was the AMG edition in red i wish i have a chance to buy 1 now in mint condition like yours, though excellent work reviving this beast mates

Do not use sand paper to clean the surface where the water pump goes.

The water pump always comes with that hole with no thread and you have tap it out and as you say that’s from Mercedes 🤔🤔🤔
