Everything looks good. I cook all the main meats (except braised items like short ribs) on-site but come with the purees or sauces already done. I come with dessert already done as well.

Hey Christina I place cambro hot boxes in the garage and utilize the oven. I cater items that are already par cooked or completely finished. Thanx so much for asking. Enjoy my current uploads as I teach you how to open your own restaurant!
